No Competition Policy

"No Competition before 8 years"

At S.S.P.S, we have withdrawn the word

'Competition' from our curriculum and replaced it with 'Performance'

WHY?? BECAUSE,

"A Flower does not think of competing with the flower near it, it just blossoms."

Just think

If this flower is forced to fall into the competition trap, it may not blossom to the fullest.

The same is true with our children.


This early-age competition is killing the freedom of blossoming.

Children up to age 8 do not understand the sense of winning or losing; most importantly, they cannot accept failures...

Competition from an early age leads to unnecessary stress and pressure in kids.

So with this,

we, request the parents to think about this and decide the best for our children.



The Hygiene Meter At S.S.P.S

• Regular fumigation and pest control

• Regular cleaning and disinfection of furniture and toys.

• Teaching children cleanliness and personal hygiene is a regular practice

• Regular check of staff and students' personal hygiene.

• Regular Health Check-ups are arranged.

• The campus is cleaned twice a day.

• The classrooms are being cleaned before & after the class as well as in between the tiffin hours.

• The toilets are cleaned & sanitized regularly.

• First aid kit is available in all the classrooms.

• Napkins, spoons & and glasses are kept separate for each child & all are one use and wash

A Day At S.S.P.S

• Sloka Chanting -

The day begins with the chanting of slokas


• Poems Songs & Balgeet -

English poems and songs will be taught to the kids with action, tune, and correct pronunciation. Hindi & Gujarati balgeet also will be taught.

• English & Maths Lab Activity -

That is an activity in which assignments related to letters & numbers are given.

• Gross Motor Skills -

Gross Motor Skills are the movement of the muscles and body parts. These activities help the child to be fit, fine & active.

• Fine Motor Skills -

For a child to write with good handwriting, fine muscles must be developed. Here we try new activities each day to develop the child's fine muscles.

• General Knowledge -

Different General Knowledge topics will be discussed. Mock Drills will be performed to make the kids learn these concepts thoroughly.

• Sports Time  -

Various types of sports activities are planned to develop stamina in the kids

• Activity Time -

Various Craft Activities, Outings, Day celebrations, Festival celebrations, and Open Bhavnagar events are organized.

• Wonder Day -

This day is celebrated as a color day or followed by any theme.

• Drama Time -

During drama time a scene will be set up, and props related time to the scene will be given to the kids, with the help of Didi, the kids will enact the story as the characters.


• Free Play Time -

During free play time, children will play traditional childhood games, which in this jet age they have completely forgotten.



Age Criteria for Admission:

Play Group

The child should have completed 2 years by 31st May of the academic year

Nursery 

The child should have completed 3 years by 31st May of the academic year.

Junior KG

The child should have completed 4 years by 31st May of the academic year.

Senior KG

The child should have completed 5 years by 31st May of the academic year.

Grade 1

The child should have completed 6 years by 31st May of the academic year.

Grade 2

The child should have completed 7 years by 31st May of the academic year.
