  What is Health? Health is when our bodies feel good and we can play and have fun. Why is Hygiene Important? Hygiene helps keep our bodies healthy and clean. Healthy Habits: 1. Washing Hands:  We wash our hands with soap and water to remove germs. 2. Brushing Teeth:  We brush our teeth twice a day to keep them clean and strong. 3. Taking a Bath:  We take a bath or shower to keep our bodies clean. 4. Covering Mouth:  We cover our mouth when coughing or sneezing to prevent germs from spreading. Staying Healthy: 1. Eating Healthy Food:  We eat fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to keep our bodies strong. 2. Getting Sleep:  We sleep at night to help our bodies rest and recover. 3.
