mindfulness

M - Mind your thoughts

Thoughts can be our best friends or our worst enemies. everything that comes out in this world is the first thought in the mind.

Thoughts carry a vibration and further become words. Right thoughts create the right vocabulary, and negative thoughts create a negative vocabulary.

Thoughts continuously keep flowing in our minds, we have to be alert and keep minding our thoughts. we have to learn to program our minds to think right.

I - Invest Time in understanding your thoughts

Thought is like clouds in the sky, they keep coming and moving in our minds.

We have to learn to first understand our thoughts, once we start understanding our thoughts, we will then be able to sort them into positive and negative brackets.

Do not stop the thought coming in, allow it to flow but understand the thought, this will help you become relaxed.

N - Notice

Find some time, periodically in a day when you are in a silent zone. maybe 10minutes.

In this period stay away from gadgets. you can walk around in the house or workplace.

Look out of the window on the road or at the sky.

Look around the area wherever you are.

Notice silently.

Notice whatever is happening at another end.

This is called calming theory - in simpler words - interval time.

After this exercise, you will notice your energy is recharged.

Noticing is not just about looking - it is about understanding and feeling.

D - Deal with yourself

Whenever there are lots of thoughts coming into your mind, it is difficult to silence that chaos.

The traffic of thoughts makes us restless & sometimes stressed.

Practicing mindfulness will help delay yourself.

F - Feel

In this first forward life, the word feel has almost left.

  • To feel when you are talking to somebody.
  • To feel when you are looking at somebody.
  • To feel your thoughts.
  • To feel whatever you touch.
  • To feel whatever you eat.
  • To feel whatever you are doing is an act of mindfulness.

U - Unbusy living

Life walks very busily every day, and we have to learn to squeeze in some time for ourselves.

Unbusying & temporary detachment from whatever we are doing will help us be happy and calmer inside.

A 10-minute break every 2 hours is our food for mind & soul.

L - Low-stress living

Today's lifestyle is own all-time high-stress living. we have to make rules for ourselves.

Note down stress that you take unnecessary & try to cut off that.

Once we start noting the stress we take and putting them into the necessary and unnecessary brackets, we will understand that 80% of the stress that we take is unnecessary.

Further to add if we take this one level up -

Is the stress that I'm taking can the problem be solved by me taking the stress - 99% of the answer is -

Apart from thinking and taking stress, I'm not able to do anything in it.

Then why stress

N - Neglect the negatives

Once we start understanding our thoughts it is easy to understand the positive thought and the negative thoughts.

Let the thought come, Let the thoughts flow, and Let the thought pass by - Neglect the negative - Do not pay any attention simply allow to pass focus on the positive only.

E - Experience

Mindfulness is all about the experience.

  • Experience the silence
  • Experience the noise around.
  • Experience what you are seeing around you.
  • Experience helps you connect and this connection is being mindful.

S - Stress-free living

As we start practicing each letter of the word MINDFULLNESS, gradually we move towards understanding how to keep our lives stress-free.

S - Simple

keep it simple and let it be
