  "Same" and "Different" can be explained & with using of simple examples: Same: - Looks identical. - Shares characteristics. Example: "These two blocks are the same color." Different: - Looks unique. - Has distinct characteristics. Example: "This ball is different from that toy car." How Do You Teach the Same Or Different Concept To Kids? 1. Sort The Socks Take multiple pairs of socks and put them in a pile. Now ask your child to find the matching pair of each sock.  This way, your child will learn the concept of sorting. 2. Math The Picture Cards Take a printout of some pictures (2 matching images of each picture).  Shuffle them and ask your child to match the pictures and make the pairs. 3. Continue The Pattern Make a simple pattern with building blocks for children. This could be made in such a way that 3 blocks in a row, followed by 4 blocks in a row, then 5 blocks in a row. Now, ask your child to find and replicate the pattern. 4. Touch

Example: "You play outside after you finish your homework." 1 ) Before Number Before number means a number lies left to the given number on the number line. This number is one less than the given number. Example 1:  What comes before the number 5. Solution:  Count the numbers serially from 1 to 5. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. We can see that the number 4 comes before the number 5. 2) After Number After number means a number lies right to the given number on the number line. This number is one more than the given number.  The "Up and Down" concept has various meanings depending on the context: Up means towards a higher place or position, whereas down means towards or in a lower place or position. - Up : You're going up the stairs. - Down: You're sliding down a slide. Activities To Teach Your Child Up And Down Concept 1. Name The Things Ask your child to look around them and name five things that are placed up on a surface and five things that are placed down on the floor. 2. Draw & Tell Stick large pieces of white chart paper on a wall.  Make sure you paste some pieces very high (but within the kid’s reach) while others must be very low, just above the floor.  Provide a marker to your child and encourage them to draw on the paper.  See them stretch up to draw on the higher papers and crouch down to draw on the lower papers. 3. Look At The Balloons To attract kids’ eyes upwards, hang balloons from the ceiling.  Use adhesive tape to stick a picture of things they like, like their fa
