Oatmeal Berries Smoothie



Ingredients Needed:

  • Old-fashioned oats (uncooked)- ¼ cup
  • Banana- ½ medium size 
  • No flavored Greek yogurt- ½ cup
  • Frozen mango- ¾ cup
  • Frozen strawberries- ¾ cup
  • Frozen blueberries- ½ cup
  • Milk of your choice (dairy/almond/coconut)- ¾ cup

Note: If you don’t have all these (mango, strawberries, blueberries, banana), it’s okay; 

you can use any or two of these. Adding fruits/ berries can add flavor to your smoothie.

How to Prepare:

Step 1: Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. 

Step 2: Take delight in drizzling some chopped nuts/ flax seeds/ melted dark chocolate to

 dress the smoothie.

Step 3: The easy and luscious drink is ready to slurp!
